About Mountain Bread and why our family loves it and loves to share it with YOU Thank you very much for considering Mountain Bread for sale in your store or health and wellness clinic. We enjoy working closely with all our outlets and distributors worldwide. This high quality flat bread product is different from any other product on the market. There are only THREE ingredients in Mountain Bread-flour, water and salt, period! There are no genetically modified ingredients in Mountain Bread. Please also see the nutritional information for each flavour. Mountain Bread is much less "stodgy" then other wrap-type products like some of the tortillas, and much lighter and cleaner than lavash and other flat breads, with no yeast, cholesterol, sour dough, dairy products, or any added fat, sugar, or oil. It is a much lighter and healthier bread-alternative for people who must be careful with bread and yet still want a "sandwich." And, the omission of yeast alleviates the problem for many people with allergies to other bread-type products. This is the real thing baked FRESH 6 days/ week, and airlifted from Australia every week. Mountain Bread is a simple, clean, and delicious "wrap" with sandwich fillings like tuna, meat, vegies, cheese, hummus, nut-butters, butter, dipped in olive oil or plain and has many uses for the health and/ or diet conscious consumer. Shelf life is 60 days at room temperature. We know of no other comparable fresh bread product currently on the market with 60 days shelf life--do you? Expiry date is noted on each package. They also can be stored in refrigeration and even frozen. Some of our much smaller outlets can order the bread without printed expiry dates, freeze, and use as needed. Cost effective container loads can be shipped frozen to large chains, grocery distributors, and warehouse outlets.
